Keep Worksheet Format

Hello

Is there a way to keep the format of a workbook/worksheets when emailed to
another user so that the user does not have to reformat the spreadsheet via
page setup?

Mail it as an Excel attachment rather than exporting as a Text (.txt) or Comma Separated
Values (.csv) file.
