Keeping background color same with photo hyperlink in a frames pag

I am unable to keep the background color black on my frames page hyperlink of
a photo from one page to another.

Please provide a bit more information:

1. are you using the Photogallery component, or
2. have you created your own thumbnail and full size
photo pages,
3. are you trying to display the photos in the Contents
frame of your frameset,
4. have you applied a theme to your website,
5. what is the background color of your website pages
6. what exactly do you mean when you say "from one page
to another"
