Keeping caption together with graphic

How can I force WORD (2K) to keep caption line (say Figure nn) together with graphic itself (say Insert|Object|Visio file) and not to be separated to different pages

Make sure that the object is positioned in line with text
(with the object selected, choose Format>Object, and, on
the Layout tab, make sure "In line with text" is selected,
and then click OK). Insert the caption in a separate
paragraph. Finally, select the object and the caption and
click the Insert frame button on the Forms toolbar, which
will position the object and the caption together in a
frame.
