Keeping Format from Word to Excel Please

I format in Word my Document

How do I please keep the same format (Word) and copy it to a Excel
spreadsheet.

You can insert it as a Word object in Excel. Choose Insert - Object, Create
from File, Browse to find the document. If you want it to be linked to the
original (e.g., so that edits to it show up in Excel), then tick the Link to
file option.
