Keeping Frontend and Backend in sync

Hello.

I have a database that contains a Frontend and a Backend -
the Frontend copy resides on the users workstations
locally and I make changes to the main Frontend on the
network. When I'm ready to have the users update their
copies, I have to go to each workstation and copy/paste
over.

Is there an easier way to have this done?
