Keeping LIS after uninstall

I am playing around with Office 2003 Local Installation Source.. I am using
the 'ENFORCECACHE' switch with setup.exe so that the Disk Cleanup Wizard
doesn't delete the LIS. And that works.

I noticed that it deletes itself from the hidden 'MSOCache' folder if you do
a complete removal of Office 2003. Is that normal?
