Keeping Outlook eMail out of OE

Although Outlook 2003 is my default email program, I use Outlook Express for
newsgroups.

Is there a way from keeping my e-mail out of Outlook Express when I am using
it for newsgroups?

Remove the Account? In OE; Tools-> Accounts
