Keeping separate tables on consecutive pages?

Hi, I need help with tables. My document has multiple, separate tables. I
need one table per page (long story, but there is a reason why they need to
stay separate).

Right now a blank page separate each table/page. When I try to delete the
blank, page, the next table moves up and on top of the previous table.

Do I need to insert a manual page break after each table? Any help is much
appreciated!

If tables are to be kept separate, there must be at least one ordinary text
paragraph between them (it can be empty). I suspect that the paragraph being
used to separate your tables may be formatted as "Page break before." For
