Keeping the changes bar in the final document after tracking changes

Hi,

I am revising a manual with Word 03 and want to know how to keep the
changes bar in the final documents after all the changes have been
accepted so that people will know what has been changed. Every time I
click Final in the options menu, all the change bars disappear.
