Keeping theme when using Guestbook

I have made a guestbook using a guestbook form, a page where the HTML code
goes and a page which includes the HTML results on it. The problem I am
having is that everytime I post a new result it loses my page theme.
Orginally I am having a black background with white text, after posting its
changing to white background with black text. Can anyone help me stop this
from happening?
