Keeping themes and nav.structure

How do you keep the current themes and navigational
structure when importing a site to frontpage 2000? Any
help with this would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you
advance!!

You don't, if you are importing. If the site you are trying to import is on
a server running the FrontPage server extensions, you can publish the site -
this will bring over the navigation structure.
