keeping track of forms

I currently created a form library to keep track of all portal issues.
I was wondering if anyone would know how to keep track of all of the
forms. Any suggestion other then Access.

Let's say if have 10 forms for password resets. How can I pull the
information from these forms without trying using access.

If you use Sharepoint, when forms are posted to a form library you can
specify that elements are promoted to columns in the library. See the
Tools/Form Options/Property Promotion.
