Hi,
I am new to the MS EPM solution and I am trying to account for non-project
time in Proj Srv 2003. We have certain resources that have between 6 to 1
hour per day to accomplish project related tasks. The rest of thier time is
spent operationally. We would like to account for this operational time in
our resource allocation planning.
We would like to assign our employees to these non-admin task and have it
show up in their daily timesheets and be able to report on this time when
determining resource availability. However, I have not figured out how to
make this work using Administrative projects and I am struggling to get it to
work using a regular project.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
