keeping two words together

How do I keep two words together (not split between lines)
when they are not hyphenated? I need a parallel for 'non-
breaking hyphens' without hyphented words like say 'Golden
Arches'

Hi, Peter,

The non-breaking space is Ctrl+Shift+spacebar. If you can't remember
the shortcut, go to Insert > Symbol and click the Special Characters
tab, where it's listed or you can just insert it from there.
