keeps asking for install disk

Everytime I open outlook I get the Microsoft install window
telling me it is preparing to install. If I let it go on
through and install I still get to box the next time I
start outlook.

Get out your Office/Outlook CD, and run a detect& repair or reinstall of
Office.
