Keeps wanting to reinstall

Everytime I try to open Word, it tries to reinstall. If I hit cancel a few
times Word opens. I fixed this before through the registry I think looking
for all the MSI entries but that was a long time ago and a few rebuilds ago.
Any help would be appreciated.
