Kerberos Authentication and Project 2007 std issue

I installed Project Server 2007 with Kerberos Authentication.

My Application Pools Identity are running using a Domain\UserName accounts.

In ADU&C for this Domain\UserNames Delegation are set for 'Trust this user
for delegation to any service' and

set SPN for the Domain\UserName, set both SPN for hosting computer and FQDN

I can login through PWA via IE 7.0, but my client can't do it.

In the security logs we can see that my project 2007 client try to
communicate with server via NTLM.

Also in the Applicaion Log we see following error:

Anybody else see this issue?
