KERNEL.32.DLL error

I am reinstalling Office 97 onto an old system (Pentium
III 600mhz) with a new hard drive. I had some trouble
installing it on the old hard drive but same system, but
it did work. Now when installing I get error invalid page
fault in module KERNEL.32.DLL at 0187:bff7b9f5. The old
problem was with the Word portion of the Office
Professional. This time I can't evemn get it to install.
Help please. Thanks
