Kernel32.DLL error

Microsoft Word gets an "Winword Error in Kernel32.DLL" and
shuts down everytime I try to edit a previously saved word
doc. Using WIndows ME op system. Anyone know of a fix?

Hi Don,

What version of Word (Office) you are using?
Are you getting this error message when you work with
ONLY this document, or also with any other document?
If the issue is occuring only with one speciefic
document, may be the document got damaged. You can follow
the following steps in this KB Article:
