Key board not responding in excel

Hi,
I use office 2003 on a HP laptop. I must have clicked something, I
don't know but my keyboard doesn't respond to excel. It works well with
other applications. The mouse clicks also don't respond, but i can drag
my mouse. I have tried restarting excel but that also doesn't work.
Someone kindly help

You have posted this to the wrong forum. This is for Macintosh Excel.
