Key Registration

Hi,

I recently purchased MS Office 2003 Upgrade Edition.

Upon installation I was advised that I had 50 "uses" until
I had to register the key.

Where can I learn more about the conditions?

My understanding is that this key is formed by combining
info from this CD and my computer system.

Can I re-format my hard drive or even replace my hard
drive and still install this legally purchased MS Office
2003 on my computer?

Please advise.
