Key words

Do I need to do key words on each page in Front Page? And if so, how do I
do them? Since each page is different do I do different key words on each
page? And how many can I have per page?

Do I need both keywords and description?

What is the difference in the two?

The description is important as many search engines use it in their listings
and I think all but a very few search engines don't even look at the keyword
tag.
