I downloaded the July 14, 2004, security and other
updates. Ever since that moment, I have a keyboard bug
whenever I use Outlook e-mail (and solely that product)
which results in funky keyboard entries every 25th or so
character entry. Please, advise how to let MS know of
this issue.
No other downloads. No attachments opened. No other
emails or program installs. Firewall is in place. Latest
Norton (7/13/04) run with negative results. Spyware run
with negative results. Spybot run with negative results.
Rebooted. Windows XP, MS Outlook 2002 ver 10.2627.2625.
MS Office and Outlook is not OEM software. Thank you.
