Keyboard Nav scrolls instead of next cell

Excel 2003

Sudden quirk: When I hit the arrow on my keyboard, instead of moving to the
next cell in the direction of the arrow, the whole worksheet scrolls in that
direction instead. It didn't use to do that.

What happened, and how do I undo it?

Hi
you probably have enabled 'Sroll Lock'. Try hitting the 'SCRLCK' key on
your keyboard
