Keyboard problem, symbols @ and " are switched.

Dear all,
The two symbols " and @ on my keyboard are switched,
meaning that if I press @, then the sign " appears and
vice versa.
Any help?

Which keyboard language & layout are you using? Check Control Panel
(location depends on your Windows version).
