Keyboard Shortcut for "Security Warning"

You know when you have an excel file with macros in it and you get
that security warning that says macros have been disabled? I want to
select the "Options" box without having to use my mouse. I know that
this is possible, as I have seen someone do it before (Training the
Street instructor). However, I cannot for the life of me figure it
out, and I can't find it anywhere on the internets.

This is a small thing, but VERY annoying to me. I have spent about 45
minutes trying to find a solution. Any help would be much
appreciated.
