Keyboard shortcut for "Send" in Outlook 2003?

I just had Outlook 2003 installed on my computer. I can't find the keyboard
shortcut for sending an e-mail. It doesn't show up under Tools/Customize
either.
I checked the help at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP030842231033.aspx, but Alt+S
doesn't work any more. "Send" works from the toolbar button, but buttons are
highly inconvenient for me.

Alt + S should work. On my keyboard (I use two keyboard layouts so that may
be why) I have to use the left ALT + S in order for it to send.

I didn't even know that existed! When I tried it, Alt +S didn't work, but
adding the Enter key after it did.
