You will see four arrows (triangles turned on their sides) immediately to the left of your worksheet tabs. Two arrows point left, two right. The inside ones move you in the direction indicated one worksheet at a time. The outside arrows move you to the extreme (i.e. first or last worksheet)
Your shortcut is to right click over these arrows. Up will pop a box with a list of your worksheets
You may find this easier in workbooks with numerous worksheets for jumping to a particular worksheet that is not at or near either extreme.
