Is there a keyboard short cut or quick way to switch between tabs or
worksheets in an Excel workbook?

Switch tab:
Ctrl + PageUp / PageDown

Switch workbook:
Ctrl + Tab / Shift + Ctrl + Tab (backward)

If you right-click on any of the arrows to the left of the WorkSheet
tabs, a list of the visible sheets will be available.

If you want a ComboBox on a toolbar that you can use to select both
visible and hidden sheets, send me an EMail.
