Keyboard shortcut

When I use Ctrl C to copy or Ctrl V to paste, it pastes in a screen shot
to my workbook. This occurs in both Word and Excel. I have checked the
cusomised keyboard shortcut set up options and both shortcuts have been
set to just copy and paste.
