keystroke for opening attachments?

Does anyone know of a keystroke for opening attachments in an email? I have a
user with MS and she is having some problems with pain due to the clicking
involved from opeing attachments. She uses keystrokes for almost everything
else. Thanks for any suggestions!

Press Enter to open the item
SHIFT+TAB to get back to the "Attachments" line
CTRL+SHIFT+LEFT ARROW to select the item (if more than one, CTRL+ARROW
around to the one you want and then CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW to select the one)
Right mouse key on the keyboard
Select Open
