Keyword analysis of email folder(s)

Does anyone know if there is a plugin/program that works with Outlook that
will allow me to do a keyword analysis on a folder or set of folders?
Similar to spam keyword analysis, except I simply want to see a list of the
most mentioned keywords in a set of emails and not necessarily do any
post-processing.

As an example, I'm looking for something like this:

except that I want to do analysis by folder in Outlook.
