Kind of a newbe question

I have some saved IE links. How do I link those in a menu page in my FP? In
other words,
1. Go to this link
2. Go to that link
3. Go to another link

In IE, go to File > Import and Export and export your Favorites. They will
be saved in a file called bookmark.htm. When you're done, import the
bookmark.htm file into your web site.
