KL How is availability calculated?

How is Availability calculated? I'm showing 59,520h under the
Availability column for Q1 of 2007, yet one of the others that aren't
listed as such are zero Availability and with x amount of hours like
206.4h of Work.

Date range for resource availability is based on the cube settings.

Actual availability is on a resource by resource basis and is calculated
based on the resources calendar, their working days and the % available.
