Hi,
I am looking for a knowledge management template to help with service calls.
We have many people who answer the phone and have to answer technical
questions, and I would like to develop a simple system where I can gather all
of the knowledge and create one "document" - this can then be converted to
html and placed on teh web, or used for training etc.
