Korean characters are not displayed on the table of MS Access 200.

I am using MS Access 2000 in Windows XP Home Edition and installed IME 2002
for Korean Input. I can type and use Korean in MS Word and Excel, but I can't
in Access. Once I type Korean onto Access Data table, it just show a square.
I have searched KB for resolution for this difficulty, but no clue is
available. Anyone can help it??

Hi Joe,

I have a database that I created for my wife, a Korean-American, while I was still dating her.
I've had the same trouble that you describe, using three different PC's, when attempting to view
the data using Access 2000. The characters display fine when I open the same database, which is
saved in the Access 2000 file format, using Access 2002 (both versions of Access are installed on
my laptop and my desktop PC's). My guess is that there is a problem with the implementation of
Unicode, as initially released in Access 2000.
