Label address formatting

I have had a problem with label address is printing with
formatting different from template format. I have looked
on the Microsoft Knowledge base Article 283021 and
apparently this is a known problem with Microsoft. I
have been unable to find a patch to fix this problem.
Can anyone help

Have you added a header or footer to your Normal.dot?
