Label Document

For some reason, I have lost the document format for file
and mailing labels. When I access the document for Avery
labels, it has no lines denoting label separation. It
just appears blank like a letter document. How can I
retrieve the regular label format document?

In Word, labels are merely tables with fixed cell dimensions. To get the
gridlines back, select Show gridlines from the Tables menu.
