Label Format

How do I know what Avery labels were used in a document
that was sent to me? Or if I have created and saved the
labels as a new document how do I know in the future which
labels to use? Thanks, Kri.

I don't think there is any way of identifying the label format from the
document, but it is easy enough to convert the document to a data source and
merge to label stock that you do know the identity of - see

As Graham says, unfortunately this information is not saved with the
document by default, but you can insure that it will be in future: when you
create a labels document, put the stock number in the Comments field of File
| Properties.
