I work for the intranet support group at SBC
communications. We are currently trying to improve upon
the way that we monitor our feedback. Presently the
feedback is sent to several people's inboxes and one
person responds to the person who submitted the feedback.
However things would be much easier if we could mark each
received feedback as pending, assigned, ignore and so on.
Is there a capability available like this using microsoft
outlook? I look forward to hearing from you,
