Label positioning with VBA

Is there a way, using VBA, to find out if a Data Label on a pie chart, with
Label Position set to 'Best Fit' is placed partly outside the Chart Area?

I'm dynamicly creating lots of PPTs and it would be very nice when there
would be no need to check them for correct label positions.
