Label printing from excel mail merge

Lucinda

I have been trying to print labels for hours. When I print a sheet of paper
and hold it up to the label sheet, they are perfectly matched. But then when
I put the label sheet into the computer, the printing is too high, too low,
impossible. I keep wasting labels. Also if an excel address list is "8"
pages long, there seems to be no way to just print 1 page at a time. They
all come spewing out WRONG all at once. Any help???

Hi Lucinda,

If you're feeding the paper and the labels stationery into the printer the same way, the mis-alignment problems are probably dues to
dirty/word/glazed paper feed rollers in the printer. Servicing the printer should cure the problem. Otherwise, there may be a
difference in the way the printer handles paperinserted vi the differrent feeds.

If you merge the labels to a new document, you can control wich pages gets printed.
