label problem with Outlook Mail Merge

I am trying to create labels from my contact list. I get to 'mail merge
recipients' and select all - ok, but when it goes into the word document and
I click on propagate labels it only creates one page of labels instead of
creating around 4 pages?

You did not specify your versions.
In Outlook/Word 2002/2003 there is an extra step required to create mailing
labels. Instructions here:
