Label Shapes/Outline in Word

Using Word 2003. When I go to labels and envelopes and click "new document"
for the labels, it used to show me the actual label shape or outline of the
label. Now it just has white page, and a ruler at the left side and top. Is
there a way to have the shape or outline of the label reappear? As always,
thank you for any help.

Sorry, you're in the wrong group: This is for Mac Word.

From memory, if you go to the Table menu and choose the item "Show
gridlines" you will be able to see the shape. A label is just a table with
borders set to "off". You need to make them visible.
