Label Templates

I've downloaded a new label template from the Avery
website but where do I put it so that it will be available
in Tools>Letters and Mailings>Envelopes and
Labels>Options>Product Number.

I have it in a template folder now so that it's available
when I click File>New>Templates on My Computer, but I'd
rather access it from the Tools menu

I don't believe this is possible. The only way to add label definitions to
that dialog is through the dialog, using the New Label... button in the
Label Options dialog.
