Label text

I was upgraded to Windows XP on WORD and now my labels text indents only the first line. I can line the text flush with the left border, and I do want a block text, but not flush with the left border. There is a default setting that I cannot remove that will not allow me to indent all lines 3 spaces and 'set' it. (to form a blocked text with 3 space indent). Help?

NOTE: If you have used the spacebar for the first line you may want to get
rid of those spaces first by using Replace. Ctrl + H will bring up the
Replace dialog and in the Replace What line put in 3 spaces or how many you
put there. With the space bar enter the number of spaces into replace what
box and click Replace All. Then do the paragraph indenting below. You can
check the amount of spaces before replacing them by turning on non-printing
characters and counting them (Ctrl + Shift + 8).

Move the cursor over the first column of labels and when it turns into a
black arrow above the column, click the mouse to select the column. Select
Format/Paragraph/Indent and select the amount you want to indent. I don't
know how much 3 spaces would be but would expect that it is approximately
..2". Experiment until you get the spacing you want. Then hover over the next
column of labels until the black arrow appears and press the F4 key and it
will repeat what you did the last time in the first column. Continue going
to each column and pressing F4 until you have finished.
