Labels / Business Cards

I've created my business card in word. Gone to "select all", then to "envelopes & labels", pressed "new document"... and presto..business cards complete with gridlines. Although they look great on the screen, when I print them out onto perferated card paper, they're out of whack! Can somebody PLEASE tell me why...thank you

Hi Paul,

Do you have a header in your normal.dot template? Even just an empty one
will force the text down the page. If you do, you will have to rename your
normal.dot template to normal.old so that Word starts with a fresh one.
