labels from word please

My wife has bought home three pages of children's names, in a simple word
2003 table.

I have been asked to make labels, with words such as "congratulations to
....... on leaving school etc", to stick in the kid's encyclopaediae.

Is there any way I can merge/paste/combine all the names onto seperate
labels without cutting and pasting individually please?

Hit the help on Merge Manager. It will do what you want.
Three pages is pretty close to matching the learning curve and doing it
the hard way I gotta admit.
