labels in word

I've lost the templates. I go to "Letters and Mailings",
then to "Envelopes and Labels", then "Labels". I want to
type different names on Avery 5160 labels but when I click
on "New Document" the template is not there. Last time I
did multiple different labels it was there. Now I get a
screen with top and side margins markings equal to the
5160 template but no lines of the template. If I click
on "Table" from the toolbar and then click "Show
Gridlines" then the template appears but the system asks
if I want to save it (to a folder/file) whick is not
correct. These templates are in the Word program I should
not have to save and then re-open this or and template, I
would have to save them all!!! And that's not the way I
have used this feature since I've had Word. Someone was
trying to create an invoice on my pc and perhaps she
deleted or erased something. Please help!!

Label Templates are just tables: you need GridLines selected otherwise the
labels will appear blank.

And you should not be asked to save the document just because you toggled
the display of gridlines on. If you want to be able to see the gridlines as
soon as you create the document, however, make sure you have table gridlines
displayed in Word before you go to Tools | Envelopes and Labels.
