Labels not aligning properly on A4 sheet in Word 2000?

Has anyone had the problem of successive rows of an A4 page of labels
printing too high, so only the first row or two are usable? This seems to be
a problem with Word 2000, as I had no problems with 98.

If you've had the problem, how did you fix it, please? I believe I've
installed all relevant updates and patches.

Check that both the page layout and the printer properties are singing from
the same hymn sheet with reference to paper size, and that there is no zoom
option set in the print dialog. If you have created a header/footer in
normal.dot, then rename normal.dot to oldnormal.dot as it will never line up
in the presence of a header/footer in normal.dot.
